Purchasing
  • Sales are made on first-come-first-serve basis.
  • You are encouraged to use our Order Form to submit an order.
    Or, you may also email us your order at manytreats@hotmail.com with the following details:
    • Name
    • Address
    • Phone
    • Order (product code / quantity / attribute e.g. colour, size etc)

Reservation -updated on 28 Jun 2011
  • Items will not be reserved unless requested.
  • When requesting, do mention when you would like to make payment or better yet, pay a minimum deposit of RM 10.

Return Policy -updated on 28 Jun 2013

  • For customers who are worried that they might receive items that do not live up to their expectation, we offer 7-Day Return Warranty on products purchased from our blog either due to dissatisfaction or defect.
  • Reasons for returning include damaged product, wrong delivery, or change of mind/unsatisfactory.
  • Please email us to ask for elaboration on this policy or to enquire about the procedures of returning.

Payment
  • Bank account details will be given only after buying confirmation.
  • Please make payment within 48 hours after receiving a confirmation email from us. Then, email us the details of your payment (date, time, bank, method).
  • For interbank transfer (transfer between different banks), please provide us with proof of payment so that we can proceed with shipping your item immediately. Otherwise we will have to wait the next day for the transfer to appear in our bank account.

*In case you are new to online shopping, here are the usual ways to pay:
  1. Bank-in using the cash deposit machine of the bank you would like to transfer to. The amount of cash must be in tens or fifties so if you use this method, let us know if you have any balance and we will include it when shipping.
  2. Use the ATM (of any bank that allows interbank) to transfer from your ATM card to another account. For instructions on how to do so, visit the website of the bank you are using.
  3. And, the easiest way is to do online banking from any bank account. Make sure to keep a PDF copy of your transfer receipt as proof of payment.

Shipping
  • Prices shown on the website does not include shipping fee. Flat rate shipping fees apply which means that you can order as much as you want and still pay the same amount.
  • We have decided to use Courier service only for safe delivery. Tracking code will be emailed to you as soon as your item has been sent.
  • Delivery is only made once we've received full payment.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occur during shipping.
